Parker 51 Pencil in Teal with R. Silver cap.

Regular price £55.00

The Parker 51 Pencil used from 1948 to 1957 was a repeater mechanism, as in this example.  The rolled silver cap was only made in England, starting in 1952, the style of the imprint on this cap was used on the earlier pencils so the pencil dates from the early 1950s.

Finished in Teal Blue with the rolled silver cap, Gold filled clip, and pearl cap jewel, the pencil is in very good condition throughout.  The eraser is missing although the knurled collar is present.  The cap has no 'dings', showing only light usage marks and the barrel is pristine.

The rolled Silver cap is the most sought after of English Parker 51 caps, it is hard to find a ding free example.  The pencil is in excellent working order and would make a first class. every day vintage writer
